Jaco is a founding shareholder of Gist and Managing Director. His vision of being a true partner to his customers, his hands-on approach and technological expertise have over the past twenty years been instilled in how everyone does business at Gist.

Gustav has been with Gist for the past 10 years and heads up Operations. His Personal motto is, "True genius does not keep office hours!". He is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and often burns the midnight oil for his customers. He loves a fine whiskey and enjoys the occasional Cuban cigar.

Elana Rossouw is a shareholder of Gist and our Financial Director. She joined Gist in 2003 and has been with us ever since. Among other things she ensures that we get paid on time and that we, in turn pay our customers on time! Elana is a mother of a young boy, loves horses and pursues arts and crafts.

Melissa has been with Gist since 2007. She prides herself in the great client and supplier relationships that she's built over the years. No matter what, she still shows up for work each day, always helping out and going that extra mile wherever she can. She loves extreme experiences and is the office's very own adrenaline junkie!

Mash-hoodah has recently joined the Gist family. She is very driven and passionate about client care and support, always trying to go the extra mile to assist wherever she can. "I pride myself in my ability to assist in any given situation. I am a mother of a teenage son, and we like to watch movies together"

Ulrich has been with Gist for the past 10 years and has progressed through the years to be the main onsite technician for a key client, Unique Hydra. He loves fast cars and enjoys being outdoors in nature.
